An Evening on Pritchard Hill — Chappellet Wine Dinner
We are delighted to invite you to a very special evening celebrating one of Napa Valley’s pioneering mountain wineries: Chappellet. Founded in 1967, Chappellet has spent nearly six decades producing wines from the rugged slopes of Pritchard Hill, where elevation, rocky soils and dramatic vineyard exposures have helped establish the estate as one of Napa Valley’s distinctive homes for Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varieties. For this dinner, we will explore Chappellet through seven wines, beginning with two expressive whites and progressing through the winery’s mountain-grown Bordeaux varieties before culminating with one of Chappellet’s most celebrated wines—the Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon.
Our Special Guest — Jacob Jata
Guiding us through the evening will be Jacob Jata, Chappellet’s Director of Sales, Southeast. A Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine, Jacob brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and the fine wine industry. His long relationship with Chappellet—first representing the winery and now as a member of its team—gives him a unique perspective on the wines, the family and the story of Pritchard Hill.
